Passion

Hey, what are some other ways to say "I really really love doing this!!"
Or "I am passionate about this!"
Or "I enjoy doing this so much!"
Thanks..

"I ****ing love this!!!"

maybe ---mouning?

Obstinate wins the topic.

Hahaha ok..i was looking for more serious answers..like how could I convey such great interest and passion in an essay? How can I convey strong feelings into words?

I love _________ like they're warm buttery pancakes, topped with delicious maple syrup and perfectly aged raspberry jam. When I do ___, I feel like I'm doing all the drugs in the world and having multiple orgasms all at the same time. There is truly nothing more wonderful than _.

^^i think thats your best bet.

You can't ask someone how to convey passion in an essay. It's all about a feeling, man. That's like asking a musician "So, what's your formula for writing a good song?" You've just gotta really be passionate, and the words will flow like butter. If you want an example of a passionate essay, PM me.

nobody in here can write about ur passions and how u feel than u

Not so, according to my music theory textbook. Formulas abound.

http://img139.imageshack.us/img139/7346/theloniusmonksnoteshk0.jpg

monk says:
youve got to dig it to dig it, ya dig
and
the genius is the one most like himself

Yeah, there's music theory, just as there are dictionaries. Anyone can string together a few chords on the G scale, but it could sound like total crap. It takes some real talent to make something beautiful.

Ahh, but talent =/= passion

I remember reading something somewhere that said John Lennon wrote two types of music - some for himself that he loved an some for mass consumption that he hated.

Okay, so musician, actor, whomever, you just have to really FEEL it to make it convincing basically.

maybe read some poetry to get you in the mood to write beautifully. also try talking it out or just writing everything down that comes to mind and organizing it later.

Hmm I was just curious...but yea passion can be faked..I mean, its just a combination of words on a piece of paper..hard but doable. Right?

if youre not passionate about going to mit, why bother?

That's the spirit!

To be honest, passion can be faked, but only if you're a very good writer. The meaning of the words on the page don't depend on the true feelings of the writer, but what the words actually are often do.

Passion shouldn't be faked, though. If you're passionate about something, then write about it. I'd say if it's something that, if brought up, you would stand proud and say "Hell yes I wrote that!" Then write about it. But if you'd shy away and feel a bit nervous about it, then don't. Passion IS love; you wouldn't want to go around saying "I love you!" to a girl you don't, right?
