<p>Yes, it’s real. Not a scam or anything- if you choose to go to Binghamton it’s what you’ll use every semester to pay your tuition and other bills (I currently attend Binghamton). If you can successfully log into it but are iffy because you haven’t gotten a letter or e-mail, it basically means you got in. You can’t pay the tuition deposit without being accepted.</p>
