<p>Did mine at the interviewer's house, saves all the trouble of etiquette issues. I would offer to pay, if they insist on a no, then let them. What's a few bucks to make a lasting impression. Although I would doubt an interviewer would be sleazy enough to let you pay for everything.</p>
