<p>Suuuuuure. Why not? Thousands of people pay and fail every year. Though, in my system, I assume that the amount of money currently we pay collegeboard more than covers the expenses needed to make, administer, grade, and send the tests.</p>
<p>Actually, maybe we wouldn’t be saving that much. Then people would start paying for tutors and books in order to not fail.</p>
