<p>As an incoming freshman, I had signed up for summer courses. However, I cannot access my e-bill because, as I am told by the Billing and Payment Services, "The Office of Registrar will
download the new student's information during June/July..." Do I need to pay for my summer courses immediately or do I just wait like everyone else until June/July to pay for them? Is there a penalty for late payments on tuition? </p>
