paying for UC?

It seems there are differing views as to its future, and if she’s enrolling next year, it would only be for two years, so I suspect with all the red tape and in-fighting, it would take some time to dismantle. The bigger issue is that amount is really low. But since people don’t know about it and aren’t applying, perhaps OP has a better chance of securing it.</p>

<p>Ah, @albiongirl, I read another article and now see what you’re saying. They want to dump the scholarship to keep tuition flat for five years. That could easily happen, and frankly it sounds like a very good idea. </p>
