PCAT scores

My d just took the PCAT after just one year of college and scored in the 92 percentile. The information she has found is that it seems that anything over about the 80th percentile is pretty good. Her GPA is 3.9. Can anyone shine light on what is "good" and what is "great". We would like her to be eligible for scholarships if possible.

I don’t know, but sounds like a good score to me! I didn’t realize there are scholarships for pharmacy school…

Yes. At the University of South Carolina there are actually many listed on their website.

Lots of schools have more scholarship money for continuing students already in their pharmacy program than for incoming students. That said, the University of Iowa had some sort of incoming student scholarship with gpa’s above 3.5 that offered $10k per year off of their tuition. A 92 is great, but there is nowhere near the money available for high stats kids that we saw in undergrad, and I don’t think raising that score would make too much difference. GPA, extracurriculars, recommendations, and pharmacy experience are all looked at as part of the application package, along with interviews.
