<p>Have you looked at the D website? They don’t seem to cite a specific deadline, but they do say that they will let applicants know if anything is missing from their files by February.</p>
<p>That would suggest to me that getting the peer rec in by the application deadline would be nice, but that if it arrives during the week or two after the deadline when they are opening mail and assembling files it would be okay, too.</p>
<p>This is the kind of question that should be directed to the school’s admissions office, IMHO. Just pick up the phone and call them, or email. “Someone on the internet told me that was the deadline” is not an excuse they will be interested in hearing.</p>
