I’m unable to type in text on to the app. Is there any way to fix this? How do you all plan to fill out the apps?

You'll either have to use Adobe Acrobat (the non-free reader) and put in fields (which is what I did), use photoshop to open the PSD, or do it by hand.

I thought the application wasn't available until late August.......????

Speaking of apps, I just got mine in the mail from Penn.

Much better and cheaper than Adobe and far, far easier to use is ScanSoft Paper Port 10 Pro which has Form Filler. Either scan in a form or import a pdf and when you open it in FF there are ready made lines where you can type in, adjust font and size. Or you can put fields manually. In addition to buying it separately, I believe it may come bundled with some Visioneer scanners. There are a couple of those which are very inexpensive and portable. Only the Pro version has Form filler though.

Used it for apps last year and for filling out application supplements and last week for the form for first semester classes.

Hmmm why don't you just use the online version of the application? (I don't know if it's available yet)

That would be best, Rudess.
