Penn Chances and English Major

After receiving my scores from the February ACT, I have decided that I should choose a major that focuses on my academic strengths rather than solely career earning potential. Penn has always been my dream school, but I am not sure if I should even entertain the idea. Could someone please read my stats and tell me if I even have a chance? Please keep in mind that I go to a small school where not many higher level classes are offered, and if they are they aren't offered every period. Even though English is my focus, I am afraid my math weakness could hurt me. In math I am not taking the highest level courses. For example, I am now taking Honors Algebra 2 but some of my classmates are taking Pre-Cal. Unfortunately we had to make the choice in 8th grade about whether or not we would take a higher math and I guess I made a bad choice. I would like to major in English for Pre-Law. I would likely apply ED.

You look like you have a solid chance of getting accepted.

-Seems a little light on the AP classes - not sure what was available to you though.
-Some of activities you list sound like things you just did vs some activities like forensic science symposium sound like you are excelling, making a difference and having impact.

Overall, though, who knows what admissions is thinking at any given time? I would hope that an interview and essays would tilt things more in your favor if its close between you and anyone else.
