Does anyone have any info on the cheerleading team or the dance team(quakers)
are the try outs hard? which is more difficult to get in to? I used to do both when I was younger and I want to get back into it, but idk if i can especially if the girls on the teams are super serious/experienced

I know at least 2 girls that “walked on” with little or no experience but not sure how representative that is of the whole organization. There are a lot of sports events that the cheerleaders go to and different ones go to different games. No harm in trying out.

what about the dance team? do u know anything about that

is the cheer team really good, do they compete? I couldnt find anything on their website

but that doesnt really mean you’re good…or at least i dont think so. Im pretty sure you just have to pay the entry fee and you can go

Yes but it answers the question of whether they compete. They do but they have not in the past few years (I think last year was the first time since 1997).

I’m not sure how hard it is to get through the auditions, but the actual practices are pretty intense from what I’ve heard from my friend on the cheerleading team. Also, there are a tonne of other dance groups you could check out, and most of them are pretty good. Depends on what kind of dance you’re interested in.
