@shivaya I’m in NJ
@TheWaffleMan149 Good luck with your interview!!! (sorry this is late, i was busy yesterday)
And my interview got moved from this weekend to next bc my interview had something come up :(( nervous all over again
Thanks @VaishS
That’s terrible! At least you will have one less week to worry about how you did afterwards
lol i meant my interviewer had something come up, clearly i can’t english xD
and yeah I guess @TheWaffleMan149 (look who’s being positive :P)
@VaishS Lol I meant that unlike you, I will have an extra week to think about how terribly my interview went. T-minus 2 hours…
I just had my interview, I’m not really sure how it went but I feel like it was okay. There were a few questions I wasn’t expecting (‘your biggest disappointment in life’ threw me off a little) but my interviewer was very nice! it was only 40 minutes though, my gtown one was over an hour but hopefully length doesnt indicate anything
My interview was alright. The interviewer came out and told me before it started hat it will have very little impact on my application. She only had two questions for me: how I decided that I wanted to apply to Penn and what I do in my free time. Lol I had more questions for her than she had for me
All I can say is what a joke that interview was. If that has any say in the application process, that is absolutely BS
@TheWaffleMan149 Well good job nonetheless. I certainly hope my interviewer (if I even get one lol) only asks me those two questions as I’m very prepared to answer those in particular. I’m noticing a bit of a trend here. People in Pennsylvania and New Jersey are being contacted early. I wonder if they start by branching out from Penn to the Northeast/California, and then down South and the Midwest. That may explain why I haven’t received it yet.
She just didn’t seem like she truly cared about my interests, and that the interview was no more than a formality
@TheWaffleMan149 Well I guess you just got a bit unlucky, but in all honesty 99% of the interview is simply showing up.
Yeah I guess. My dad thinks that it was so short because she used to run into him when he rounded at the same hospital as her. Hopefully he is right!!
You know you really wanna go to Penn when you’re excitedly keeping up with the Penn Princeton game and you hate football
im gonna be really upset if i dont get in
Get that sledgehammer
My parents have repeatedly told me that on decision day, they will leave the house
Everyone remember, unless you are Malia Obama or Malala there is no guarantee that you get in. It’s great to have a dream school, but make sure you are prepared in the more than likely case that any of us can be rejected. It is, after all, one of the most selective schools in the world. Becoming too attached to the point where you can’t see yourself somewhere else can and may likely come back to haunt you. @VaishS Oh my God, you are watching that game!!! That is kind of funny considering you don’t like football. I love watching football, but I much prefer to watch my Patriots kill everybody if you all know what I mean. By the way, did you see any toast?
If you’re not unhealthily obsessed with a school to the point where you need to go to a mental hospital, you are doing college admissions incorrectly
@TheWaffleMan149 Lol.
@jarrett211 and @TheWaffleMan149 are like the two best people to have in the same room (or thread), you guys are total opposites and it is so funny
thank you for the daily destressing
