Penn didn't ask for grade 9 transcripts?

<p>I moved to Canada after grade 9 in the states. My school basically gave me equivalent marks for all the courses I have completed via testing and just evaluation (not a fun first week of school, for sure). We don't integrate old ones into the new here.</p>

<p>I had asked my GC to send the grade 9 and current transcript. However, it turns out that he only sent my current schools' transcript. Pton has called a few times asking for the gr9 transcript; however, Penn and other schools did not. Does that mean I'm out of consideration for those?</p>

<p>I'm pretty confused about this because Penn historically takes way more people from my country than any other Ivy, and especially from my city. Should I bother getting the gr9 transcript sent?</p>

<p>Finally, are decisions made already?</p>

<p>I am in exactly the same situatuon! No freshman grades on my transcript and no other schools except Pton have asked about my grades. However, I have been accepted to several non-ivy schools without the first year grades. So, I guess they didn’t ask you because they have enough information with your 10th/11th/12th grades. </p>
