Penn ed rates went down!

You forgot to mention his illustrious triumphs in cinema like STEEL

dont forget oscar-worthy performances in Kazaam and Blue Chips. im still mad he wasnt nominated. couldnt believe it.

Reasons are the liberal arts curriculum (as opposed to most schools in Europe where I could start studying my subject right away), price and the fact that my friends are all going to a different region of the world...

And yeah, I was aware of all of them before I applied but for some reason they've become more significant in the past month or so. Kind of silly, but hey.

I wish there were more people who would apply to Penn on such a whim and drive our acceptance rate down :)

I think it's the coolest thing when college kids come onto high school Penn ED forums on a Friday night rather than going out. what studs

Studs who are in writing term papers, to be precise.

guess the article mandy talked about was a hoax. Nothing has appeared in the DP.

give dp some time. Expect it on monday.

I don;t really know if it's true or not. I just wish you all lots of luck.. Hahahah lol, i'm stilll drunk.. I hope i see ya guys next year...

I love ya guys :) :) :)

Greets from Germany....

(Damn the cold weatheeeer.. I'm freezing )

Doesn't show up in a Bloomberg search.

I know I did the same search... so ppl think the OP just typed up a fake report?

the article is in the bloomberg terminal which is only available for bloomberg subscribers.

I personally believe the OP, but am waiting for dailypennsylvania's report...

i am too it usually comes out in late november so im surprised taht the statistics have not yet been released by the dp

wait do the statistics include acceptance or just the application numbers?

just application numbers for now, acceptance numbers come out after decisions

then what is the relevance of having them released? i mean we all know more than a 1000 people applied lol

i presume that penn is targeting a class-size comparable to those of recent years, so an increase/decrease in application numbers correlates to an decrease/increase in the accept rate. even a small change will definately guarantee either freakouts or celebrations on CC

lol....well am a sucker for "BREAKING NEWS" and if any number causes a uproar on this website then i am excited to see it lol. But the Golden grails of admissions will be handed out on December 14th 5pm Eastern.
