Penn Engineering vs. CAS which do I have a better shot at and chance me? :)

Which would I have a better shot at based off of my info? I want to go into the applied physics field (electrical and computer engineering), but I really want to go to Penn (I wouldn’t mind doing just physics at CAS). :frowning: i’m conflicted.

Also, would it be beneficial to be a math major at CAS then switch over to physics if I get in? Cause I seem to show that I lean way deeper into math than most other subjects. Or maybe major in French Studies then switch? I have no idea :frowning:
