<p>I played in the Penn Symphony for two years, and if you’re not taking it for a grade, Brad is fine. Otherwise, I advise against it. No idea about Wade. Wind Ensemble is not competitive at all, so I encourage you to audition!</p>
<p>^ Averagely how much time does Penn Symphony take each week? Are auditions for violas competitive?</p>
<p>(1) Two rehearsals, Monday and Thursday from 6:00-8:00 (at least was from 2008-2010).</p>
<p>(2) For principal, perhaps, depending on the year. To get in, not at all.</p>
