In the past, absolutely. However with questions this important you should always verify with admissions.
Yes you can as it was talked about at NSO this year. I was surprised that you can change to any major but business
A bit of clarity here — you can, often, request a change at NSO — but you still have to meet the basic requirements. So you can’t change to graphic design with no portfolio. You can’t change to engineering without the math requirements, etc…and you can’t change into Smeal or other controlled majors.
