Good amount of extracurriculars, studied in Germany for a summer.
3 AP's, mostly honors classes.
Also, I don't require too much financial aid.
Any type of advice or criticism is appreciated, thank you.

Low reach/Matches for both.

Make sure you reflect your passions in your applications and you write stellar essays. Do this and you have a great chance. Your scores are on target, so I can’t say anything about that. Good luck!

Chance me?

Penn State is fairly numerical. If you’re above 3.6 and above 1700, you’re in. If you’re at/above 4.0 weighted and at/near 2000 you may also be invited to compete for Shreyer and its merit aid.
So, you’re in for Penn State UP, BUT since your OOS cost may be a factor (you won’t get much, if any FA).
You’re good for Villanova too.
Since you studied for a summer in Germany, have you taken SAT Subject German? It should be a breeze for you to score in the 700s.
What are your other schools?

You know MYOS, I hadn’t even considered that but it is a great idea. I am also looking at UVA, NYU (two kind of reach schools), Maryland, and Rutgers (safety).
