Penn State: Chance Me

Applying to Penn State next fall for the Class of 2022. Looking at going into Accounting, but will apply DUS (Undecided), and check off the option for Summer Session. Due to a very bad freshman year, my GPA is not exactly where I want it, and my UW GPA is slightly higher than my Weighted GPA (it seems weird, but it IS possible). I emailed PSU admissions and an officer told me that starting this fall they will allow students to choose which GPA to submit. Anyways, here are my stats.
UW GPA: 3.47 (I will be submitting this one)
SAT:1260 (630 Math; 630 Critical Reading)
Mostly Honors classes with a few regular classes mixed in
1 AP class (AP Stats)
Sophomore and Junior year’s classes were mostly A’s with a couple scattered B+'s
Very strong personal statement
EC’s: American Legion Baseball, Rugby (won Rookie of the Year), Eco Club, volunteered at the local fire department, volunteered at Homeward Bound, worked at Habitat for Humanity ReStore

What are my chances for admission to Penn State - University Park? If I don’t get in for the fall, do I have a shot for the Summer Session?

What senior classes will you be taking?
Have you reached level 3, 4 or 5 of a single foreign language. Taken all three from bio, chem, physics (at any level)? Taken precalculus or precalculus honors?
If you add all your honors classes from freshman year till senior year (included) + your AP stats class + whatever Ap’s you’re taking senior year (as well as any IB or DE class) what number do you have?
