Son accepted to PSU University Park this morning! OOS, NJ. 1300 and 3.98 UW. Applied early action on 10/13 and SRAR completed on 10/15.
Checked portal last night and around 11 this morning. Changed happened overnight. No email.

Now it says he was accepted, but it had changed to where the TO button disappeared and nothing was showing except a message that said it couldnât be accessed right now, and then I could see links to admitted student brochures. It was a big change, you will notice.

Will definitely share if we hear anything. My son is tired of me asking him to check everydayâŠso I have to be patient and only ask maybe every few days.

A friend stated someone she knows said they heard this morning. So not sure if the person didnât check yesterday or if computers are releasing some decisions today.
I took my sonâs login info and have been doing my own checks

This is me, too! Iâm trying to be patient. Heâs convinced everything will arrive via email but I keep reminding him it may just show up in the portal.
Iâve heard no emails, thatâs itâs just a portal thing and then days later itâs snail mail.

He wonât share his login with me. So different from D26 who shared all her stuff so I was able to check her portals.

No emails. Portal is just updated.
Recommend you just wait and get snail
mail a couple days after portal is updated. Ends the endless cyber stalking of the portal.
Lol I asked admissions if there will be no decisions today and they said none starting today into early next week as they need to regroup after the break and it all takes time to get back to making decisions. Lol so I told them I donât need to stalk the portal then, the admissions lady laughed and replied âyes donât stalk the portalâ.
