Penn State U of Florida Texas A&M and University of south carolina I’ve been accepted to all and tuition is all covered for through gi bill, I am a junior majoring in criminology and poli sci, however my problem is I prefer Penn State yet my fiancee prefers not to go too far from NC which university has the best reputation/ job outlookk and program?
Both USC and Penn State are good programs. It honestly depends geographically. I don’t honestly think this would be a huge problem but, if you and your fiancee wish to stay in the south, USC may be better for job placement. If you two would like to eventually move to the Northeast, then Penn State can be a go.
My only fear with USC is that the degree may not be as reputable as a Penn state degree
USC is a respectable school and especially in the south, it will certainly be reputable.
Both are reputable, but since Penn State does have an enormous alumni network, it allows for more connections.
I guess where you plan to live after graduation would determine which school you pick. All of those options are great.
We live in the a very heavy PSU territory. It’s the number one school that our HS students attend.
However, the young woman across the street from us attends USC and she didn’t feel too worried about job prospectives in her future. I don’t think she will have any problems finding a job.
My son attends PSU.
