Penn State x Biology Program

Penn State is definitely a top contender for me amongst the number of schools I applied to. I applied as “undeclared/DUS” but since then I have figured out the career path I would like to explore. I intend to major in biology and attend medical school afterwards. Does anyone have any insight on the Penn State’s biology program - is it of a high quality, will it prepare me well for medical school, is biology a popular major at the school, etc.?

Penn State’s bio program is ranked (pretty sure) at #43 in the country. PSU has amazing resources to help kids get jobs within the medical field and it sure does look good when you apply to med school coming from a top 50 bio school. Funny enough, I might be attending PSU next year going down the exact same major path as you. If you decide let me know!
