Penn Transfer Chances

Just wanted to take a quick poll to see if I would be considered a ‘serious candidate’ at a school like Penn. I know that at a place like Penn even highly qualified applicants are routinely rejected, but any estimates, regardless of how rough, of my chances would be appreciated.

Freshman at College of William and Mary
GPA: 3.3 (with difficult Physics class)
Prospective Major: Economics
High School GPA: 3.85 (weighted, school does not rank but probably around the top 20th percentile)
SAT: 2090/2400, 770 CR, 710 Math, 610 Writing
ECs: Captain of HS Varsity Tennis Team, Founder & Chancellor of HS German Club, German Exchange, Internship at Patent Law Firm
No arrests/suspensions/expulsions/time away from school

Also applying to UVA, Brown, Georgetown and USC so chances for these would be greatly appreciated as well!
