Ok, so I'm in SEAS and I got my PennKey. I still have no idea how to sign up for my email. I went to PennPortal and went on the SEAS Webmail. From there, it asks for my username and password. Is that supposed to be my PennKey and password? Cause if it is, I tried it and it didn't work. So, I have no clue how to check my email or what my email is at all. Help!

That's a list of computing services for each school. Seas kids, more specifically, go here to set up their email accounts:

https://www.seas.upenn.edu/accounts/

After creating your account, I believe that you must be logged into the pennportal (http://medley.isc-seo.upenn.edu/penn_portal/view.php) first in order to log into your webmail account. It also lets you set use email clients like thunderbird or outlook

i have a pennkey but I'm having a problem setting up an e-mail account. I'm in The College planning to study communication if that helps at all.

Anyone know how to set this up?

I'm having the same problem. I went to the SAS webmail page and put in my PennKey and PennKey password, because I don't know my email address, and I get a message that says I already have an account. I filled out the form, I just don't know how to see which email addresses are available to me. If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it!

Bump...

Okay, so my PennKey hasn't arrived as of today. International students: Has your PennKey arrived?

For some it has. Email the PennKey people if it hasn't arrived yet.

does the pennkey code come in an email, snail mail, or posted on the decision website? (btw i'm a transfer student and i sent in my deposit and housing monday, but i'm just curious how you guys are getting it)

Rudess- my PennKey arrived about a week ago- snail mail..maybe you should write to them?

Ok, I just emailed pennkeysupportgroup@isc.upenn.edu.

Do you guys think that is the correct address?

Im all the way in vienna, austria...and nothing yet..this blowss! yeah whats the email we are meant to email them at? Ahh i hate this!

tamy, I emailed pennkeysupportgroup@isc.upenn.edu, but I received a response from pennkey@isc.upenn.edu, so email any of those two address I guess. They told me they sent me a Setup code on May 11th, and it usually takes longer than that for mail to reach me, so I should probably just wait.

Thnx Rudess

Any day now!
