<p>I was assigned a triple loft dorm @ pentland hills for next year and I had a few questions-</p>
<p>was space really that bad? and what do you guys recommend buying in terms of storage and stuff for the way the room is arranged. thanks!</p>
<p>Well for me last year space wasn’t TOO bad… but sometimes the furniture in the rooms are arranged in a weird way that it feels cramped. All you have to do is just move them around to create more space, like move the desks, drawers, and the bottom bed all to the side.</p>
<p>If you’re the unlucky one and get the third person’s closet(which is that little cabinet thing that’s like half the size of a regular closet), you might want to get an extra storage compartment or something if the drawers below it aren’t enough for your stuff. However the room also gives you this drawer thing that I think serves as part of the third person’s closet, so you should claim that if you need the space since there’s only one.</p>
<p>As for the loft, if you’re going to be up there, there’s not a whole lot of room. The two mattresses take up like half the space. You could put like a small drawer or even a small TV up there if you like, but that’s pretty much the amount of space you could take up. Oh, and you better bring a fan up there or something to cool you down because it WILL get hot up there… hot air rises you know…</p>
<p>I found some pictures of a triple in Pentland Hills, or maybe it was a video, reply if you want to see them. Did you get a triple loft or just a regular triple??</p>
