About a month ago, I got a letter about the People to People program. My question is whether this is worth going to or if it is just like all those other leadership programs that are used to make money.

Yeah, I've gotten People to People letters starting in elementary school. I don't think they are anything competitive and wouldn't impress a college much. I was at LAX, and I saw a big group of People to People kids, and they seemed slightly odd.

I know a girl that has been all around the world with People to People. She started going when she was 11 or so. She loved and it and now wants to go into international studies. She is at the University of Maine. So if you want to see the world it is a reasonable choice.

Yes but for the money you are spending you can see the world without the limitations of being in a big group.

its a scam that is used to make money u can travel for alot less.

It's not a scam; it's just expensive.
