***Pepperdine Class of 2021 RD Discussion***

Daughter got acceptance email at 11:39 CA time. Anxious to see if there is a scholarship offer in the next 24 to 48 hours as they mentioned in the email. No reference to major.

Accepted! <3 Congrats everyone!

Same! Accepted at 11:39! #1 choice. SO SO SO excited!!! I’m going to be a Wave!

I got accepted at 1:39pm Central time. My other friends are still waiting and haven’t received any emails.

Accepted!!!

Got in!

Were all of the acceptance emails sent at 11:39 pacific time, or were some sent after?

My friend just got her letter at 3:34 Eastern time so they are coming out slowly

@luckymom22 I am interested to know that also, I’m scared the rejection emails will come out after the acceptances

@graduate2021 where in the east is she from?
I am also from the east

I got mine at 2:39 EST. Accepted! For future reference, I’m a sort-of legacy (my cousin went there) with an old SAT of 2290 and a 4.0 UW GPA (homeschooled). I’ve taken eight AP’s, two 4’s and six 5’s, and applied for computer science. I visited a few weeks ago and it’s absolutely gorgeous, but I probably won’t wind up attending just because their CS department is so tiny.

Congrats to the people that got in already

Accepted!!!

Shes from west virginia. She didnt get accepted for fall 2017 but she did get accepted for spring 2018

@graduate2021 did she apply for spring or did she apply for fall and they offered her a spot for spring?

@collegegoer101 she applied for fall but they gave her a spot for spring

@graduate2021 nice! Congrats to her! Even though she wasn’t able to go when she originally wanted to I’m glad she got offered a spot atleast!

Also, in the acceptance email they only gave 890 spots for 12,400 applicants. Very selective this year.

Do you guys think they are sending out all the acceptances and then the rejections after that? Its only been a matter of minutes but It’s really nerve wracking!!! :((

@graduate2021 does that mean they only accepted 890 people or they only have spots for 890 people? Keep in mind the yield
