From east coast and can’t decide!! someone give me pros and cons or just some opinions about either
Both are excellent but, really quite different. A tour would be a great idea.
Pepperdine has a nice view of the ocean, is smaller and somewhat religious and very expensive. The school is best known for grad programs in law and business.
SLO is a mid sized public school with no ocean in sight but still, beautiful scenery abounds. The school is known particularly for its engineering program but, also boasts strong CS and business programs. CA doesn’t offer any aid to OOS applicants but, it is likely substantially less expensive than Pepperdine.
Hard to give you a recommendation with nothing more specific than ‘East Coast’ from you.
What do you plan to study, how big of a school are you interested in, is budget a concern at all, are you looking to attend a Christian school? I could go on and on… tell me more and I’ll help point you to the right fit.
Agreed ^. They are just two very different schools.
