My daughter's high school transcript shows the percentage grades for her high school courses, and I have talked with an admissions counselor who said they'd prefer to see only the letter grade in order to match up to the standards of most of the nation's high schools (apparently her high school is one of only a few in the state to show percentage grades). Does anyone know of a solution (perhaps a credible service or organizationI know they have these for international students to convert their overseas grades to US standards) that can receive official transcripts and transcribe the transcript's percentage grades to letter grades?

I wouldn’t worry about it frankly. If your DD’s grades are in range (which will be readily apparent), they’ll take the time to convert them. Colleges re-calculate grades all the time – your school is not unique. You’ll be fine.

If unsure, ask your school guidance counselor -
