Does anyone know roughly the percentage of correct answers needed on the multiple choice questions for a 5 on the following subjects:
AP Chem
AP English Lit
AP Latin Lit
AP Calculus AB
AP US History
AP Physics B

I think that for Cal AB you need 70 percent of total points-both on MC and FR

70% is a bit low. More like 78% for a 5.

Ok thanks what about the others? I'm most concerned about English literature and Latin.

According to Barrons, at least 72% for Lit.

At least 72% on mc assuming perfect 9 essays? That's kinda harsh. Those multiple choice questions are tough.

Basically, you should shoot for 70% right for the whole test if you want a 5. 75% just to be safe.

70% would be enough to score 5 on AP Chem and AP US History.

i know for the econ's its like 70% for everything as well.

How about for Calculus BC? I heard its around the 50% range?

Chem is actually a little over 60% for a 5.

Any idea about BC?

USH is from 60-70%. No idea about the others but I'm taking BC and Chem and will find out, I guess.

Do the questions from PR's Physics B exercises mirror those on the real exam? Are they harder or easier?

When yall say 70%, does that mean that you are including a 0 essay>

I think it's around 65ish percent of total points for Calc BC. I can't swear to it though.

No- the percentages reflect the TOTAL possible points on the exam, essays included.

65%ish is not too tough...

Don't underestimate the difficulty of getting the 65%.

Hahaha 78% for a 5 for calc ab? We just took a released practice AB exam. 66/108 was a 5.
