Personal statement prompts for freshmen applying next year?

<p>Are the personal statement prompts the same for students applying next year for Fall 2010? If they do change, when do we find out what the new prompts are? I want to get a head start on my personal statement. Thanks!</p>

<p>I don’t think it’ll change until a few more years. I heard it changes like every 4 years (?)… and it recently changed last year I think.</p>

<p>It’s because I am applying for NHS at my school and we are required to write a personal statement to get in. It just happens that one of the prompts for the NHS application is also the same as the UCs’ so I was wondering if they will keep the same prompts for people applying next year to UCs as well.</p>

<p>I don’t think it will change. Prompts are changed every 4 years (I think), and they just changed it in 2008. So most likely, it’ll be the same.</p>
