I just took the Myers Briggs personality test and found it very interesting. Just looking to see if the results are any help in choosing colleges. I'm an ENTP and want to go to Wharton, which fits great with my personality type :)

Which college are you interested in and what is your personality type? If you are already in college, what is your personality type and do you enjoy that college?

@marvin100 …actually, I’ve taken it upon myself to study Myers-Briggs, and other personality theories (Socionics, Global 5, Enneagram, etc) as a hobby and it’s not “pure nonsense”. Pseudoscience, maybe, but the actual underlying theory (which is based off Carl G. Jung’s Psychological Types) are not reflected in the watered-down placement tests that are sold to the masses - nor through gimmicks like Keirseyan Temperaments.

You can’t say it’s nonsense if you haven’t actually researched it.
You can’t say it’s nonsense if you don’t know the meaning, uses, and behaviors of the cognitive functions.
“Pop psychology” is a funny term that people use to discard things they’re too lazy to put any thought into. Do I swear by Myers-Briggs, Jung, or any personality theory? Not by a long shot, but it annoys me to no end when people act like I’m a chump for finding them interesting, or tells me they’re about as scientific as astrology.
