<p>Can I get a petroleum engineering internship with a cumulative GPA of 2.8? I have 2 more years to boost my grade.</p>

<p>Depends on the school, but thats relatively low and petroleum internships are really competitive, It’l be difficult but its definitely possible if you can pull it above a 3.</p>

<p>Should I defer my admission until the Spring of 2014 at LSU and work towards boosting my grades at my CC? I still need to take Physics and a Geology class and figured I can save some money by delaying my enrollment.</p>
