<p>I've had two phone interviews already...one was for Chicago.</p>
<p>There are no facial expressions in a phone interview, so make sure to say everything. The actual preparation is the same...make sure to have at least a couple of questions ready. I was probed on my interests and what draws me to Chicago, nothing too out of the ordinary. Try to imagine that the person at the other side of your interview is a friend you already know...it might take away the awkward factor if it comes up.</p>
