Hard to beat the full moon picture! But we went somewhere cool today. I love bridges! I’d love to do the bridge walk where you’re harnessed to it and walk underneath the top part, but we are just here for a few hours. Maybe next time

If you love bridges (I do too!) have you seen the Chesapeake Bay Bridge tunnel in Virginia? Very different kind of bridge than what you posted (the bridge/tunnel complex spans 17.6 miles of the Chesapeake Bay) but truly an architectural marvel. I made a special trip to show it to my kids when they were little.
I have. I’ve lived in VA for almost 40 years now. So I’ve seen most of it.

I’ve gone that route a couple of times. Very unsettling when you look ahead and there’s no bridge!
With no kids at home now, spouse and I extended our weekend coffee date and went on an adventure. If you squint, you can just make out the Stanley Hotel in the background.
