It's me again...
I just want to know about the physical conditions I should have when I go to KP... how many push-ups? ... 50 are enough?? ... running miles? 4 - 5 miles are enough?? etc...
By the way, I want to announce that this year there are 7 panamenian plebes...

Congratulations to all of you - a lucky number! In previous posts there are links to the publication you should receive in preparation for indoc in July. Check around this area.
You can never run enough - and coming from Panama, you will be well prepared for the hot, humid NY weather in Kings Point.

your running ablility should be fine, but for some runs, speed may matter. And you should really work on your pushups. 50 is bare minimum. Unlike what you may see in movies, it's not "Drop and give me 20"; It's "Get on your face and push until I say stop." Plus, to help with something else, get a weighted object and hold it with your arms out straight for long periods of time. That will definitly be useful.

Panama Plebe, how great so many of you are going! Special congrats to you especially! When k314 says "get a weighted object", may I suggest a canteen filled with water for that little special something to train with.
hint hint
:)

I wonder what JM's canteen is filled with? HA HA HA HA :D

I don't know as I recall askin' ye for yer thoughts, ye scurvy bilge-drinkin' tar-merchant. Avast yer gob afore I keelhaul ye an' string yer bones from the crow's nest.

HA! Like that?

You're scaring me
