Physics and Math II Preparation Tips

As I expected, my physics subject test score was very low, a 660. I studied for about a month, going through the Barron’s prep book, although I rushed through it and didn’t retain much. I am planning on retaking in December, and I’d like to get a 700 or above. Does anyone have any tips, especially those who went up significantly on the physics test? How often should I be studying? Are there any helpful online resources?

I also received a 710 on the math II. Since I want to be an engineer, I do not want to use this. Does anyone have any tips for this one? It’s really important that I do well on this one, since although my composite act score is a 34, my math subscore is a 29. (32 is my highest math subscore and I am in calc III, so I don’t think that the 29 is a very accurate representation of my math skills).

Thank you all.
