I’m a senior in HS who was accepted as a physics major at UGA. I have only taken math up to AP Calculus BC, and one AP physics course. Will I struggle because of my relatively small amount of prior physics knowledge?

What AP Physics course was that?
Also, it appears you’re well prepared for your first foray into college physics. I only took up to Calculus AB (BC not offered at my HS) and I’m doing extremely well in my physics classes.
I would say that either of the Physics C classes would help tremendously for the general physics classes, with Mechanics helping in the earlier course, and E&M helping for some of the later courses. So if you took either (preferably mechanics, in my opinion), you should be a-ok.
I took AP Physics 1 and 2, but each of the classes are 1 semester long so basically I took a year of physics. Will the subject be reviewed/taught from the beginning at all?
This is not a problem. You will take all the courses you need to learn physics at college. If you have some AP physics that is great but not necessary.
All introductory courses will start from the beginning with only an assumption that you know what they require for prerequisites, often some calculus and high school physics. Many students will enter physics without any AP Physics courses at all. You have quite a bit of preparation, having already taken an AP Physics course and having taken calculus.
