physics requirement

Hi,

Ok, so my problem is about the physics requirement for medical schools. I came into college intending to try a physics major, so using my two 5's on the AP Physics C Mechanics and E&M, I placed into the 3rd semester of physics (on special relativity and quantum mechanics). After taking that class, I decided that physics wasn't really my thing, so I started on the premed track with chem and bio. So do I have to take the whole general physics class all over again in college to fulfill the premed requirements? That would make me sad, but I guess I could do it.. :</p>

Thanks for your help!

That would probably be something to ask your advisor. But I'd say you wouldn't have to (at my school). But this sounds like something that could change from school to school so ask your (pre-med) advisor
