PID/NID Problems

<p>I applied to UCF about a month ago, and they should have received my transcript 1-2 weeks ago. At this point, I should be able to activate my "myUCF" account, but every time I enter my social # and birthday in the correct formats, I get this error: "PID/NID Lookup failed (0,0)"</p>

<p>Can anyone help?</p>

<p>remember to put dashes in the social security number
example 999-99-9999</p>

<p>Are you suppose to put dashes? I don’t remember using dashes o.o</p>

<p>That happened to me before though. Try another computer.</p>

<p>I forgot exactly how it is when activating, but I remember it taking me a little while to get it right.</p>
