I am filling out the “Enrollment Information” section and trying to select a “School” and “Intended field of study” however when I save my answers to proceed with the application, and then go back to the section, the answers have disappeared. Is there a way I can get them to stay on the application?
Hi, @rc71359, If you have not already contacted the technical support team for the Pitt application, I would encourage you to do so! You shouldn’t be having that issue and they will be able to help you. To reach them, click the “Help” link on the top left when you are logged into the application.
Best,
A Pitt Admissions Staffer
@rc71359 That happened to my son’s application as well. If tech support doesn’t get back to you in a timely manner, you might want to just go ahead and submit, but email your admissions representative (they are assigned by geographic region) with the information and let him/her know that the application wouldn’t save the information after several tries.
I had the same issue, but submitted anyway after tech support didn’t get back to me. (They never did. I emailed them Monday.) I decided to submit anyway, hoping it would fix the issue on its own. When I submitted and reviewed my application, the enrollment information was blank.
I emailed my admissions processor (https://oafa.pitt.edu/processors/) and gave him my Pitt ID. He replied within the same day confirming they correctly got my information (including school and major) and saying they are aware of and working on fixing the issue. I recommend emailing your admissions processor with your school and major to confirm your information goes through. Mine was very helpful and reassuring!
