Pitt application

My son received a letter from Pitt that he still needed transcript sent and app fee sent but we have records that both have been sent. Is it hard to speak to a person in admissions to clarify at this time of year? My son is of course nervous. Thanks for any ideas!

Call the office any time Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. You will probably have to wait a few minutes for them to get done with the calls ahead of you depending on when and what time you call them, but I’m sure they would be happy to help you.
