@Debgal34 Don’t expect merit aid. D was accepted to Swanson with a 1410 SAT and 4.0 UW GPA. No merit. Looks like the cutoff was around 1490 for merit.
DD accepted 1/31. 1310 SAT. 3.8 UW. 4.2 W. Dietrich School of Science. Received the welcome video email and a letter a few days later. Good luck to everyone else still waiting to hear.

My son was waitlisted for The Dietrich school of Arts and Science. He received an email with a video link yesterday which showed he was admitted. Since we received the email on a Saturday , we were wondering if this means he was admitted to University of Pittsburgh main campus?

Thanks. Pitt Admissions Staffer. We were worried whether it was the real admission acceptance since we received it on Saturday and usually colleges notifies students on weekdays.
I see that someone has recently been accepted from the waitlist - congrats to Momwaitlist2018. Do waitlist acceptances usually occur in one batch or on a rolling basis throughout the month? We are just trying to get an idea if spots are still available…
