PITT or Temple University (PA)

I am a Finance Major and cannot whether to transfer to University of Pittsburgh or Temple University ( Philly)

I know Pitt is a better ranked school and better atmosphere

I like Pitt small city feeling.

I have been searching how good the schools connect with companies for on campus recruiting.

I would like to work at one a of the Big 4 Accounting groups and internships help get jobs.

I have found that Temple for some reason has all firms come for on campus recruiting while Pitt only has a subsidairy and one that does not look for interns for some reason.

A freind told me it is easier to get internships when companies recruit on campus.

So Temple looks like it is better than Pitt in this regard.

I will pwe Zero 0 debt if I go to Temple.

I will owe 5k-10k if I go to Pitt

is there any difference between the number of credits each school will accept from the school from which you are transferring?

Three Credit difference. I can transfer 60 credits to Pitt and 57 Credits to Temple.

is the 5-10K debt at Pitt per year? can you or your family afford 5-10K (per year?) or will you have to go into debt?

I think Pitt is worth 10k more in debt, imo.

My family can afford the debt.

If your family can afford either school, go to the one you like the better. If family finances are an issue, go to the one that costs less. What will be the cost differential over 4 years, not just one, including anticipated loans? The question comes down to whether you want to buy the difference between the school for that amount of money.
