How long does it take for the portal to update?
MIne still says “incomplete” and that the application fee and some documents are missing, even tough everything was already sent and the status on the online application already says “paid”.
Should I call or email them?
@LastYoka, It usually takes about 3-5 business days, I would estimate. If it has been longer than that since we have received everything, feel free to call and make sure all of your documents went through.

@hailtopitt1787 Is there a particular time of the day that Pitt updates the portal with the accept/decline buttons? The application was submitted late November, and I believe SAT was shown received on December 5.
