Very active in multiple clubs (NHS, Key Club, etc.), lead my own fundraiser for Sandy Hook, was a captain for Relay for Life and the Out of the Darkness Walk, have had a part time job since i was 12 years old and had an internship for junior and senior year.

Had an Anatomy Lab TA for my recommendation, and I know she’ll write a good one as I was one of the top in the class as a freshman next to people who would going to med school/graduate school next semester.
There were a lot of reasons for how low my GPA was fall semester, but as you can see it isn’t representative. Unfortunately, I don’t think they’re really going to take that into consideration, regardless of the reasons.
I was waitlisted then accepted when I applied for my Freshman year, ended up choosing Penn State and now I regret it. I really think Pitt is where I’m supposed to be, but I’m very doubtful of my chances since my fall semester grades were so poor.
