Pitt vs penn state??

Hello everyone. I am currently a senior and hoping to major in BME at an undergraduate level. I got accepted into both penn state ( main) and pitt but I am having hard time to Decide. Pitt is my first choice but it is kind of weird for me. First I didn't get into the Swanson school of engineering ( waitlisted), so they put me into their arts and science school with a possibility of transferring to BME if I maintain 3.5 GPA in the pre-req classes. For penn state, i got into the engineering school. Financially I'll have to pay around 7 to 8 thousand dollars more to go Pitt than penn state. Also if BME is not to my liking, then i will change my major to chemical engineering. So My questions is how is BME ( and chemical E) at both schools and which school is wiser for my circumstances?

And you’re asking this on a Yale forum because . . . .?

Ohh I didn’t even notice that. I just opened the account a day ago. Lol I am so sorry. Is there a way to delete this post?

^^ No, just let it go and repost on either the Penn State of Pitt forums.
