I am super scared to take a placement test for college and I have very good potential but I’m afraid that when I take these tests ,it wont show my potential to the college and they will drop me down into a lower level class
Do the best you can. The placement tests are intended to make sure that you are placed in the correct level to increase the likelihood of success in the course. You don’t want to be put in a level that drowns you academically. It’s not where you start (the level) that matters as much as whether or not you actually finish.
OK, deep breaths.
You’ve already been admitted. So this is not the big deal you’re making it out to be.
Worst case scenario: You get into a lower level class. You get an easy A and your GPA gets an unexpected boost. Then, next semester, you take the class you think you should have qualified for. At some point in your academic career, one of your electives become the last of the courses in that area. This isn’t like high school, where you typically take one math and one English class at a time. If there’s an upper level course you eventually qualify for, you can eventually take it.
