Has anyone taken the math or writing placement tests? I was wondering what they are like and for the math what kind of skills they are testing on.
The writing placement I took last year just asked me about my confidence with college-level writing (I don’t think there was a skills test).
The math placement for calc 1 was mostly (if not all) HS pre-calc; so make sure to brush up on that!
FYI: if you score high enough on your ACT or APs you can place out of the class. Check your scores with the requirements.
