<p>I know President Simmons somewhere said that she wanted to increase political diversity, particularly in speakers and faculty. Is that what they mean in the Diversity section, or is that just racial diversity?</p>
<p>i think the initiative applies to diversity of all kinds in a very broad sense, but specifically there are plans to increase faculty recruitment of minority and women</p>
